With prior experience in corporate, Government and private legal avenues, the two founders established the firm in 2020 with a modest set up. The Senior Advisory Member and Founder, who had an excellent academic record, built the firm’s foundation on her extensive legal knowledge.

Legalis Vigilantis is a full-time law practice firm, based in the country of India, with comprehensive service. The firm has its headquarters in Bhopal (M.P.), known as the “City of Lakes” and a major branch office in Mumbai, and it focuses on legal issues related to business and corporate transactions, intellectual property laws, family law, dispute resolution, taxation, real estate, etc. Since the firm’s establishment, we have worked with a wide range of clients, including start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses, and organizations of various sizes. The Art and the legal Artist

Srishti Mallick, a dynamic young lawyer who has forayed her professional career in the study of intellectual property, with special expertise in trademarks and copyright. Although, she started her career with core litigation but soon forayed into the world of general corporate with the joint venture of PPG Asian Paints Pvt. Ltd. However, life had other plans and only intellectual property matters were to choose her. She got an opportunity to work as an Examiner of Trademarks under The Intellectual Property Office, Government of India, Controller General of Patents Designs and Trademarks, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Later, along with private consultancy during Covid she took up teaching the Masters students of Intellectual Property along with the prestigious training in Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, World Intellectual Property Organizations and Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management. Post that she headed the legal department of Screenwriters Association which gave her a deep insight into the media and the entertainment industry, production, direction, writer, co-writers’ agreement licence, assignments, negotiations, performers, lyricists, creators, etc.

Even though Nikhilesh’s family did not have any background entrepreneurship or a strong legal family hierarchy, he helped to launch a company at the age of 18 and had legal aspirations at that time as well. Before becoming an Advocate, Nikhilesh developed local enterprises from scratch, finished his legal studies and started to venture into the field of law and entrepreneurship . He now uses his background as a speaker, legal professional, and his deep legal education to carefully and assiduously defend his clients’ rights. Nikhilesh is an intellectual property rights specialist and holds a LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Rights. Along with cooperating with Indian organizations, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs), he has brought attention to homelessness, domestic abuse, and education concerns on a national scale in an effort to bring about constructive change. In addition to small business owners and creators (including those in fashion design, retail, pool cleaning, and boutique bakeries), Nikhilesh has worked on business, estate planning, and litigation based legal concerns for clients as diverse as physicians, psychotherapists, CEOs of start-up technologies, and security companies.  Nikhilesh’s expertise and distinct perspective on intellectual property law and the legal industry have aided his clients, “including many seasoned professionals,” in staying at the forefront of their respective fields.  These clients attested that following their counsel, they had a better grasp of contemporary problems and strategies for overcoming international intellectual property law obstacles.
